Incoming CLID

We are getting incoming CLID but the numbers is missing the first 0 (so mobile 0410 xxx xxx is showing 410 xxx xxx) how do I add this into the diplay, Callpilot is also reporting the number as 410 xxx xxx.

If someone could point me in the right direction.

I don't know exactly if the following is thrue but i thought that your 'problem' has something to do with the DAPC table's. But again i'm not sure... and certainly can't get you any details.

De DAPC table is (as far as i know) in your CDB.

I am not sure where you are located, but 0410 xxx xxxx is not part of North American Numbering Plan. "0" is for operator assisted and international (011 and 01)... If 0410xxxxxxx is dialed it would be an operator assisted call in No Amer...
