Incoming CLID Problem

I have a strange one. On incoming calls to the primary key of a phone only gets the "Phone number" If I deflect the call to my roll-over key, I can see "Name & Number". PRI (NI-2 * NDS in RCAP). Any idea's where else to look?

Is the roll over line only on this phone, or does it appear elsewhere? If on another phone it could be working on the programming of that phone, if so, do a stare and compare on the two.

Problem was on the carrier end. they did not turn on a feature
