Incoming calls won't trigger voicemail

Hi everyone,

We're a small office that has a Norstar Meridian phone set up, but no one to really help us with any troubleshooting.

Here's my question: for a coworker and myself, we are the only ones that have the M7324B phone (she's the office manager, I'm the Marketing Coordinator), and whenever we have a call come into our extensions, it just rings and rings, and never triggers voicemail. Our other coworkers who have a different meridian phone don't have that same problem. I'm wondering if it's because we are have the "administrator" phones, and if there's a way to set it up so after a few rings, it can go to voicemail.

They probably are not set up to forward no answer to voice mail because they are ringing sets on incoming calls. There is an actual Norstar Forum you may want to try. The set up is done in set capabilities if memory serves me correct.
