Incoming caller ID

Folks,

I need to block caller ID to the users. The CLEC says they cannot block caller ID. I have tried a few short-codes and VM Pro but the caller ID from outside still comes in after the call is picked up. Anyone have any ideas? This is a security issue for the company. They cannot have the people answering the phones see who is calling in.

If its only 2 agents then just loop back in via the icr to a ddi but withold id. This will cost per call for duration and will use 2 channels per call. You could use sbus to isdn trunk to atoid this.
