Incoming Caller ID Showing as ITSP Proxy

We recently installed a SIP trunk on our IPO v9.0.6

ANy incoming call shows up on the display as the ITSP Proxy Address.

I'm thinking it's a problem from the provider end, but so far they haven't been much help, and the techs don't seem to know how to fix it.

Help would be appreciated

do you have "caller ID from header" checked on the SIP main tab?

9 0 6 has a tons of bugs I would upgrade to the next release and retest

i upgraded to 9.0.6 because 9.0.1 wasn't displaying caller id either so i was doing my part while waiting for the SIP Provider to get back to me. I've noticed some of the bugs...
