Are you connected to PSTN with that PRI?

Why is it configured as TIE trunk? Might be DID
Why is it configured as EURO ETSI? Might be EURO + country specify

If connected to another PBX, check if both protocols are the same. If connected to Nortel, check PNI value.

Also give DCH configuration...

I tried with DID and TIE..because my excesting system was working with TIE.Please see the below DID with RDB and DCH

REQ

This PRI was connected to the telco(provider) not ant other PABX

What way is the system set up at present?

If it is setup as above you need to set the IDC to yes and set the DCNO and NDNO to 1. Then in LD 49 you would need to create a new IDC (1 in the case above) In LD 49 you would create the Incoming digit (DDI form network) and the number or extension you want to send too.

Marshall

1- IDC Table 0 can be used as well as IDC 1. It doesn't matter but IDC prompt in RDB must be turn to YES.
IDC YES
DCNO 0 *
NDNO 0

2- RDB must be DID cause connected to provider.
TKTP DID

The Link was working fine with the BCM...we tested with the BCM incoming and out going was working fine..pls tell me where could be the problem??

If you are receiving 9 digits from the main exchange then you must set the ldn in ld 15 to have a number containg the same number of digits eg

ldno 888888888
