Inbound DID routing to extension list not working

We are trying to get inbound DID routing working to a Multi-Tech Faxfinder. The issue we are having is getting the DID to route to an extension list. It seems, no matter what we do, the incoming call is begin routed to the line card open hours default ext set in the line card properties. We are able to set up the DID as a normal incoming DID and route to an internal extension, just not an ext list. The lec is sending 7 digits. Below is our dial plan specific config for this:

Of course I've eliminated unnecessary lines from these configs. Extension list *0010 has two idle analog line card ports. When we dial the number from outside we get the main auto attendant verified by looking at the status of the digital line card. 7 digits in, showing the caller ID and begin sent to 5501 (main AA). I suspect the issue is with the syntax of the Table Create 2 Incoming lines but not sure. Help anybody?

Show me the full dialplan, and I can help.

Make sure that you have "Trunk to Trunk" calls enabled on the PRI.
Also make sure that the analong lines are checked in extension list *0012
I assume that you are receiving calls on a PRI/BRI and then trying to route them to the analog lines connected to you Multitech FaxFinder. Correct?

Here is an excerpt from one of my dial plans. This would direct a call based on a timed route, but here are the relevant parts. In this example I was using the PRI to send the calls back out to a different number (after hours answering service). But if you do not need to change the number, you could do without the DestinationRouteOperation line.

Ok, I went through all the PRI/BRI groups/spans and changed the Trunk-to-trunk from Restricted to Unrestricted. Still not working.

I assume you mean ext list *0010 per my configuration?

You are correct in the assumption about routing from incoming PRI to analog lines via the line card (both analog ports are in the *0010 ext list).

Now you have a DestinationRouteOperation and I do not. Is that necessary for this to work? I don't understand why that would be needed if the incoming DID is routed to an ext list.

After doing a dial plan test using a PRI channel I found the out digits was only 6 digits instead of 7. I changed the two test DIDs in table 2 to 6 digits and it properly routes now. Should the NBX auto regenerate the DTMF through the analog ports now?

It appears we are getting the DTMF tones across to the MultiVOIP unit now. Thanks for your help!
