Inbound CALLER-ID / EC500

Can someone please tell me what setting to change to send the inbound caller info to the mobile phone. I have confirmed that the caller-id is correct on my desk station but not being handed off to my mobile.

Do you have Verizon as your mobile phone company..? What I've seen in the past with Verizon is, when you call from your desk phone to cell phone the ANI passes, but when the call goes through EC500 it will not pass the ANI.

This is usually a restriction of the outbound provider. I have had no luck getting Verizon to allow me to present a caller ID that is not a Verizon-number-assigned-to-my-trunk-group.

I have AT&T for my local PRIs and AT&T LD which Quest handles.

Can you post an trace of the EC500 call to see where the caller-id is being stripped?

Do you know what requirements your carrier has for passing ANI information.

If you do, you can use the

change tandem-calling-party-num

command to manipulate what you are presenting to the line.
