A user needed to activated Call forwarding on office to mobile number.
I have created a call forwarding profile , but still calls goes to it voicemails.
What must be issue pls help guys.
Also how to take incoming calls trace in mitel 3300.
Check the call forwarding profile list for the DN profile you created again and make sure a valid number is listed in the forwarding destination and that forwardig enabled is on. I have had issues where if the destination is missing the "91" in front of the area code and number then it will just go to voicemail. The "91" is on my system, you will need to check what it is for yours.
