I have an unused DN (7307) that has been mis-published in
Qwest & AT&T directories for the college's Ticket Office. The Correct DN is 7306. How can I 'Send' all calls to 7306? Calls to 7307 must also go to 7306's mailbox if no one picks up after 4 rings.
Thanks.....Chuck

If 7307 is a DID, just use IDC to make all incoming calls to 7307 go to 7306.

There are a couple ways to do this:

1. Create an ACD DN with the NCFW to 7306.

2. Create a phantom DN with DCFW to 7306.

3. Create a DN 7307 that points to voicemail, put 7306 and 7307 on the same mailbox.

You may need to add 7307 as a DN in the mailbox 7306 to make sure it picks up.

Good luck.

Dean.

IDC is the cleanest and easiest, but remember it does not work for internal calls going to 7307 , they will not get there.

I don’t know how to create a phantom DN with DCFW,
but that sound like the best option, as I understand you
can cause problem tinkering with ACD’s. I know to add
FTR DCFW 4 7306 on the new phantom for 7307, but I don’t
know how to create the new phantom.

Chuck

phantom loops will show in the CEQU with an "N" preceeding it... What type of PBX do you have? If you already have a phantom built, it programs like a regular analog port...

if your not sure of the phantom tn then you can use the ACD with no problems.

ACD of 7307
NCFW to 7306
Add 7307 to the mailbox of 7306

to add to hawks, make sure when building new acd group, that you have MAXP 1

Meridain 81C. REL 23.
LD 22 shows TERQ N156. Is the N156 what you mean?
I kinda outa my leauge here....And I don't
know how to create the ACD either...

enter til it ends

John,
YIPPIE! Thanks! Worked ACD worked like a charm.
I did list LUVU & have no un-used TN's in there.
THANK YOU!

Chuck

John,
With LUVU all of the listed TN's have a card/slot in the
shelf. Nothing shows up as a phantom or out of range of the existing hardware.
