IMS Gateway Service Stopping

I have read other posts on a similiar issue but not any that were the same. I have IPO 4.1.9 VM Pro, 4.1.27. Occasionally the IMS Gateway Service will stop. When this happens the Event Viewer entry says "IMS Gateway Service Terminated Unexpectedly". Then the service will not start without a reboot. Upon reboot everything comes up working. According to this customer the Voicemail Pro Service is also stopping occasionally. There is no firewall on this machine, running Windows 2000 SP4.

you could set the service to restart on stop. Also look for other events around the time of the stoppage.

Then set it to restart the server.
