Hi all,
I am new to this forum and also fairly new to using SQL server 2000 and as much as I have looked I cant find anything that indicates that you can import queries into SQL from Access. I have tried importing data and it lists queries from the access database to import but they seem to import as tables not queries. Is there a way to import queries into SQL? or Am I going to have to recreate all those queries that I have in access from scratch.
I would appreciate any help. thank you

When using upscale wizard from Access 2000 to SQL, ask for making the client/server Access application. In that case it will move queries, which ever it can. If you have complex queries with say iif functions, they will not be moved.
