I've never ran into this before. (weve all said that before!) The recent power outage/brownout in our area left me with a fried voicemail module. I have a Partner ACS R-5 processor with a remote PC card - 308EC Module R 3.0 and Mail VS 5 with a 4 port card. I unplugged the inoperable mail card and when I recieved the replacement I reinstalled with the power off, powered up and everything seemed normal until the first call came in. When a call comes in on line 1 it is immidiatly transfered to line 2 then a prompt comes on and says your call is being transfered to the receptionist and it rings on line 3. VMS cover rings are set to 8 VMS Hunt delay for day is 8 rings -
I'm sort of at a loss as the normal things appear set correctly. Honestly the systems I have work flawlessly so I really don't work on them all the time. Any suggestions?
