I need help with an IGAR setup. We have an S8720 CM 3.1 at the main site with a call center (NR1) and a call center at the remote site with an ESS (NR8). We have set up IGAR and forced it over to test. It's "working", but there is a 6 second delay from the time the called party answers the phone, and hears the calling party. There is also a 6 second delay to hear MOH once a caller is placed on hold. When I read the Avaya documentation, it states there will be a delay, but it sounds like the extra delay should be noticed on the callers side by hearing additonal rings while the call sets up, and not after the connection of the call and delayed talk path. Any insight would be helpful.
