identify call by its Number coming in 2

Hi There,

I have a bcm400, I have one phone that has two external numbers assigned to it. I need to tell which number has been dialed so that we can say hello this is company A or company B.

is there a way to set the phone up so it tells you which is which?

You just need to name the target lines or make the lines appear&ring and then label the phone.

Under the Caller ID set it up to show the line name and name the target line the company name
