First I installed it and never comes up, then i applied the patch, stop it and start it and everything is up, when i called to the hunt group there is no voice, in the voicemail channel monitor there aren't channels.
Have you done the switch integration programming for h.323 and qsig? If you have, make sure your process status shows up for messaging, and the voice system is started. I just spent 3 days working on the same issue, and the 8400 appears to be very particular about patching/install steps.
Also you could have a database corruption (first tip off is the "no channels in voice channel monitor).
Telnet into the Server, then run "statapp" see if messaging is running.
If No, type "start -s Audix"
If the service starts (type statapp -U) then re-apply the patches, power down and power up to see if it stays up. If it doesn't come up, you'll either need a backup from before the corruption (I made one for myself after about 3 failures like this) or you'll need to call Avaya who will blow away all of the translations and re-set the database....
