I have to i2002 phones that only show the TN on the display. The rest of the phones are showing the info properly. I checked the numbering plan to make sure they are included in the range. I also ld 95 and out/new the info.

there is clearly no CPND on those sets. Are you saying you put CPND on them in ld 95 and they still print out without it?

Mato' Was'aka

The other phones display the name of those two tn's properly. Just those two won't display any CPND info

if you prt name in LD 95 what does it show? Anything?

Thanks,

..are you saying that on incoming calls to those IP Phone 2002 you only see a number on the display and not a name?

Being able to display both name and number on display of 2002/1220/1230/1120E... Those phones have a smaller display area than 2004/1140E/1165E so will split what is seen. Different time/date formats also affect what can be seen. A configurable option went into CS 1000 6.0 so that you can specify whether to see name first then number, or number first then name.

Thanks but the other i2002 displays it fine

I checked and the settings looked the same. I can switch out the Physical phone with one that is currently working and it will still will not work on that TN

Okay well I don't see your ADD or DNDA :D

As a standard we ALWAYS use:

ADD
CNDA
CDCA
DNDA

with those configured you should always get your names and numbers displayed :)

Automatic Digit Display, default for M2008, M2216,
M2317, M2616, and M3000.

not sure what happens if you don't specify it for a 2002 IP

--Tyson

change the line card, you've just about tried all else.

Mato' Was'aka

Yeah you could try another virtual lscu but I would first try to out the set and rebuild it completely from scratch and be sure to add the add, dnda, cdca, cnda when you initially build it. At least you haven't said that you tried that yet ;)
Could be an issue with adding the CLS's after the initial config of the phoneset - I have seen stuff happen like that anyway :)
