I have an IP Office 500 control unit that appears to be dead. The config says that it is version 4.2 (11).
Is it possible to move the memory card and all related cards to another IP Office 500 unit and actually have it work?

It is probably an IP500 V1, which means no memory card. It has a license card and that should work if you move it to another 500 V1 chassis.

If you go with an IP500V2 chassis, you will need to do a license swap to a new SD card.
