Hi

You don't have an external destination code starting with 1 so it's internal dialling? what are you trying to do with this number?

best parnum

This numbers Local companies services in my area

for example : (900) The telecom service provider,(19911) for ministry of labor ......

I want dial this numbers from Ext, how can do that?

Thanks

Hi,
what exactly are you dialling, if you want to reach the Telecom Service Provider 900 ??
Please note : 9 (Destination) is not send out, only the Digits after Destination 9.
are you dialling 900 from your phone or are you dialling 9900 (Destination 9 and the telecon Service Provider number 900)
If you are dailling 9900, you can only dial this number only with CDCAT 4, not with CDCAT 3.
If you are dialling the ministry of Labor, do you dial 919911 ?? (This is only allowed for CDCAT 5 (take a look to the last printout of "NADAP:NUMTYP=CD;"

best regards,
Norbert

I am dial 9 then dial 900 , i able to reach this service when change ext category to CAT4, i want allow also ext with cat3 to dial this number(900).

As for This number (19911) We can not call this service, even if it has to change the category to the CAT 5(dial 9 then No(19911)

Thanks

TRAF dig 3+4 = 00 for CAT 5 so you can't dial 91, look at the CD table and you can see you must have TRAF 3+4=05 to dial 91.

Do you understand how this works from my previous post?

Hi,
stop, CDCAT belongs to the NADAP, this ist not the CAT of the Extension.

NADAP:NUMTYP=CD;
NUMBER ANALYSIS DATA
CALL DISCRIMINATION DATA
EXTERNAL/INTERNAL NUMBER CAT
900 4 3
91 5

<EXCAP:DIR=1119;
EXTENSION CATEGORY FIELDS
DIR TRAF SERV CDIV ROC TRM ADC BSEC
1119 00030315 0200120100 000131000 000001 0 000000000 0
Take a look to the TRAF-Parameter of the extension.
e.G. 00030315 D3/D4 (03)(if your System is Night.switched) and D5/D6 (03) (is your System is day-switched)
This 03 Shows to the CDCAT of NADAP.
In our example : 900 can be dialled from extensions, where the TRAF-Prameter Shows 03 onD3/D4 and D5/D6 (00030315)or 04 onD3/D4 and D5/D6 (00040415)
91 cann only be dialled from Extensions, wher the TRAF Parameter Shows 05 onD3/D4 and D5/D6 0050515

Yor CAT 5 of Extension 1119 is not allowed to dial 9900 or 919911.

bestregards,
Norbert

^^ you're right, 03/04 is night, 05/06 is day.

Many years since I had to look at day one of the MD110 training course LOL

Thanks for clarify this point ,

the question now , what should I do dial (19911),there is any possibility do do this?

Or there is no way to dial that number from my system.

Thanks

There are two ways:
1.) modify the NADAP: and allow also the dialling of 91 Extension, who have 03 r 04 in the TRAF-Parameter
< NADAP:NUMTYP=CD;
NUMBER ANALYSIS DATA
CALL DISCRIMINATION DATA
EXTERNAL/INTERNAL NUMBER CAT
..
91 5
--> NACDS:NUM=91,CDCAT=3;
--> NACDS:NUM=91,CDCAT=4;
2.) create a CAT , where the TRAF Parameter has 00050515.
Make a printout of all CAT with :
--> EXCCP:CAT=ALL;
maybe there already exist a CAT with 0505 in the TRAF-parameter on D3/D4 and D5/D6.

P.S. if you Change TRAF to 00151515 (means fully open no restrictions with CDCAT in the NADAP)

OK,
you don`t have a CAT TRAF 00050515, so I propose to allow the dialling of "91..." in the NADAP

NACDS:NUM=91,CDCAT=3;
NACDS:NUM=91,CDCAT=4;

NACDR:NUM=91,cdcat=5; (this entry is not needed, this is only for confusion :)

best regards,
Norbert

Agreed snor. Incidentally, even if there were a CAT with CDCAT 05 it would be fairly useless ad 91 would be the only number able to be dialled [wink]

i have executed both command , but still cannot dial 91&900

Hi,
you wrote in the past :
is possible to assign specific Ext to dial theses numbers(999,19911,907,900,909)

please take care, that you have to dial the Destination "9" in front of this numbers.

So, in the NADAP the numbers 9999, 91, 9907, 9900 and 9909 must be allowed for CDCAT 3 and 4.

"but still cannot dial 91&900" --> 991 and 9900
NADAP :
9900 4 --> this should work for extensions with CAT 4 (TRAF 00040415 but not for extensions with CAT 3 (TRAF 00030315)
991 4 3 2 --> this should work for extensions (with CAT 2 , CAT 3 and CAT4)

Have you tried the dialling of this number from Extension 1119 ? Do this Extension still have the CAT 5 like it was changed before ?? (25 Oct 16 11:21)

do following :
EXCAC:DIR=1119,CAT=3;
NACDS:NUM=9900,CDCAT=3;

and test dialling of this Numbers (991 and 9900) again

Any idea please

To allow ext to dial 19911

Thanks

so may be is better you go to a Mitel course or read the aLEX....

Hi activenew, it seems that some posts have been lost. The last I remember was snor or parnum asking you what you actually dial from the extension. Is it 19911 or 919911?
