I cant heard a secondary dial tone on IPOFFICE

According with the thread940-1464170 , i have pretty much the same issue, i can heard a secondary dial tone, i have in the shortcodes:
Code: 8N
Feature: Dial
Phone Numer : N
Grou of Lines ID: 50: [8] (ARS)

i have check the field secondary dial tone with all my routes

but the problem happens with users that doesnt have any short codes

I've seen this same issue in the 4.1's. Even though you have a system short code of 8N, add the samd 8N short code to each user profile or a user rights group and you will get dialtone. Can't explain why but it works.

Are you setup on SCN? Do you have any sites/extensions that begin with 8?
 
This system has been upgraded from 3.x or lower to 4.0 or higher.
I have seen that the ARS that is created is broken.
Make a new one or default the system and start all over again.
