Hi all, looking for advice on where voicemail would be stored for the below scenario:

I have a hunt group "sales" controlled by a time profile, and set its night service destination to another hunt group "other"
The "other" group is itself is also controlled by a time profile

If a call lands on the original sales group (during night mode) and calls are directed to other group (which is also night mode) would the voicemail be left in sales or other?

Thanks in advance

exactly how long would it taken to have simply tested this?
the best way to learn is by trial & error in a safe environment

From memory it was always in the original mailbox, i had tested before and thought was going mad. Thanks for taking the time to reply much appreciated

actually prior to v3.2 (IIRC) it would go to the original mailbox if no users in NS mailbox otherwise NS mailbox.
very confusing & I am glad Avaya cleaned this up
