Huntgroup enable from external

we have some users setup with extensions that forward to mobiles and have huntgroup forwarding set as well, but is there a way from the mobile to enable/disable presence in the huntgroup for the virtual exntension that forwards to them?

the PlayConfigurationMenu Action will do what you require

i have had a look at the play configuration option but cannot figure out how to set it up for enable/disbale a user in a huntgroup, can you explain further please?

set up a short code so you can dial it from outside. Set a unique shortcode for each user who needs this feature.

but with huntgroup enable/disable it doesnt let you specify which extension to enable/disbale, only which huntgroup and assumes the extension you are dialing from or is there another option

looking further I do not think you can enable or disable the user from the group

The play configuration menu option will alow the user to put his phone on DND or change his forwarding options.

i guess that could work in a way though, if they turned forwarding off and the virtual extension was in DND then that would in effect make them not recieve calls for the huntgroup?

correct that would stop the usere recieving group calls
it is not an ideal solution but could bet an acceptable work around
