We want to get the hunt group caller ID logs included on phones. Like even if the call is answered.
This way we have a log of who called in case we need to call them back etc.... even if the call was answered.
We are testing on a 9650 phone, that's answering calls from another system over SCN. The 9650 is part of a hunt group located on the remote Avaya system.
On both systems we have...
Default Centralized Call is checked
Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage is checked
Log Missed Hunt group Calls. is checked
On the user I have the hunt group checked under Telephony->Logs
My question is only "missed" hunt group calls logged? Not ALL hunt group calls.
Because on the phone.. if someone calls the hunt group. I can see the caller ID info.. but if someone else answers it there is no log of that call on the phone.
