Hunt Groups Programming

I have a peculiar issue with hunt groups on an ICS 7.1 MCDN.

My client is reporting one user outside of the hunt group (six members total)is receiving calls for the hunt group itself.

We intend for this to be a "rotary" hunt which terminates to the operator if nobody answers after 30 (appx. 5-6 rings)seconds.

I have checked call forwarding, individual and fixed, neither of those "seem" to be the issue.

Suggestions anyone?

Did you check the rollover extension for the hunt group?

Right, overflow is what you'll see in programming, not rollover.

Another possibility is if the lines have not been assigned to the HG then Prime settings for the lines are in effect.
