kwbMitel,
I agree with you about the hunting. If the phone is on busy or on DND, it should roll. This is what is driving me nuts. Here is the configuration. We have an 800 number that sends a DNIS 4 digit number. The DNIS number hits the same extension with a voice mailbox. I have configured the voicemail box on our Octel VMX 200 for a single-digit auto attendant. 1 for hunt group 1, 2 for the other hunt group. Works perfect. The hunt group setup in form 17, has a 4 digit access code and both hunt groups are on terminal. I know that hunt groups are not designed to go to a voice mail box. Here is the flow of one of the hunt groups. Hunt Group Access Code 6314--->6343---->5029. When you ring 6314 or press 2 it goes to 6343, if 6343 is on a DND, rolls fine to 5029, if 6343 is busy it goes to her voice mail box. It should roll to 5029.
We are using hunt group DN. No need for the extension to go back into the hunt group.
Negative on the ACD licenses.
