Hunt Group VM ATA

I have a customer who has a CICS. They have a salesperson with a 7310 and wanted add a second cordless phone.

7310 is Ext 225
ATA is Ext 237

I put both in Hunt Group 290.

The 7310 is set CFNA to Flash 2 on 4 rings, DND and CFB is not set.

ATA CFNA, DND and CFB is not set.

When the receptions transfer a call to 290 it keeps ringing. They would like it to go to VM on 225.

Any suggestions?

thats where the call goes to when there is no repsonse by the huntgroup members
 
try changing that to the VM # (which you can get by doing feature 985)
or you can overflow out of the huntgroup to extension 225

ivent tried, but one of these might solve ur requirement
