Guys, I've setup our customer service department in a hunt group and they are requesting that all calls that come to that hunt group have a unique ring. Is that possible?
If not, is it possible to have the hunt group line ring on another line. We are setup with lines a, b, c. All calls are answered on line a and then b if a is tied up. Could we make it so the hunt group rings on line c?
