The problem I am having with Answer is that it is using up a lot of button on this warehouse set. I have A-DN on Ext-203 for Ext's 200,201 & 202 and it is causing 3 buttons to be taken away from the 7310.
I have used Hunt Groups before to avoid this. Any suggestions?
Well the reason I am having the warehouse Answer DN's is to allow the office staff the ability to answer without not running back in to the ofc. all the time.
If they could hear their sets ring then I would just use a Call Pick up Button but they can't hear them that far away.
I still want their vm to answer if they are not in the ofc. at all so if I have their set CFNA to the warehouse then their personal vm's will not answer.
If this is thru the Call pilot then it looks like you have it covered, are you checking the right greeting table and what dial zero, out of AA or a nailbox.
There is a dial zero for internal sets in programming under Direct Dial.
