IP Office 8.1 Preferred Edition. I have 6 receptionists who answer all calls, at different times. They log in and out based on there availability. If all members in hunt group are busy it is set to queues the call. Is there a "not ready" or "clean up" feature that can give them more time before a new call is presented to them out of queue? I know it's an option on advanced but trying to make this work on Preferred.
