Hunt Group Overflow Problem!

Hi! I am trying to set up a Hunt Group on a CICS. I have the overflow going to the Receptionist. When testing, the call ends up FLASHING ONLY at her phone...it won't ring. What am I missing? Thanks!
 
Are the incoming lines in the HG also Appear and Ring on the Recpt. telephone?

Hi,

My brother originally posted the question. It is a 4.1 MICS software load. I took all the line appearances off the receptionist's phone, but it still overflows as only a flashing intercom button and does not ring. It does eventually go to her mailbox though. (general) I want it to RING at her ext on overflow!

You need to upgrade.
This is from the 5.0 WI 6.02 Software Release Notice:

Hunt Group Overflow DN does not ring

In this scenario the Hunt Group DN is a transfer point from the Norstar Voice Mail Custom Call Routing menu. When a transfer is completed to the Hunt group and the hunt delay timer expires (i.e. no hunt group members answer the call) the overflow DN does not ring.

If the HG is dialed directly from intercom, it works correctly.

This has been addressed in MICS 5.0 WI 6.02
