hunt group issues

Is there a way to have only incoming outside lines ring down through a hunt group? Currently all calls (CO and intercom) made to the receptionist ring down after 2 rings when only outside lines should be doing this. For example, if I make an intercom call to ext201 and she doesn't answer after 2 rings, I get the backup operator rather than ext201's voicemail.
 
You can have a hunt group answer lines--- assign the lines and users to a hunt group and program normally.

Only issue is the receptionist phone cannot have line appearance. If the phones are set to Appear & Ring, they will go to her VM, If they are set to Appear only, they will not ring on that phone through the hunt group.
