Hunt Group & CallPilot 150 Basic Call Center DN Help

Hi, We having been using the Hunt Group feature in our dispatch center for several years now. I have always wanted to move them to the Basic Call Center on our CallPilot 150. I setup a dummy DN 501 to do a test run on everything. Got it like I wanted it to run. Now I want to implement it. The only thing is, Our customers all use DN 586 which was the Hunt Group (we used DN 586/587/588) to setup members to their individual DN's. I have tried setting the 586 hunt group to DN 501, but the system doesn't recognize it. Skillset 1 on the CallCenter is still 501. I even tried to create a new call center skillset #2 as DN 586 and it wouldn't allow it. Kept saying in use or exists. HG001: 586 is clear of all DN's. I even killed the 586 VM box. Trying to looks at CCR or FWD. Hope someone has been down this path, it's not looking too good for me. Thanks guys!
 
you have to clear the 586 completely to make it the skillset dn
try changing it to something else (500 for example)

then you can use it as a skillset dn ,just keep in mind you may have to reboot the system to make it work correctly

Thanks Fireeater for the info. I appreciate it. I was pressing time to get this going, and murphy's law can work two ways. LOL I knew if I posted something, I would figure it out while waiting for the replies. 586 is default DN for the first Hunt Group HG001. I made the member for HG001 be DN 585 and had it overflow to 501. Worked great in all my test. Will find out Monday if it holds water. I gave it a pretty good run. Thanks Guys!
 
I think fireeater was suggesting that you perform a change DN on 586 ... change it to something not in use, like DN 500.
Then DN 586 will be available for use as a Skillset DN in your Call Center.
