I just started migrating 3200 users from CallExpress to unity.
It has been tedious at best. We are distributing an online form that everyone will be instructed to fill out. Which will generate a series of delimited text files we can use to simplify the import of all users.
The downside is people don't read the instructions or they simply fail to complete the process.
