ON a BC50 system I am able to actually look at an active system status and see all 23 channels, calls in progress etc. Is there any way to see these stats on a MICS 7.1 XC so that I can tell if I am going to need another PRI? The only metrics I see are the Hunt Groups. I am mainly looking for when the PRI channels become ALL BUSY for incoming or outgoing traffic.

MICS too primitive for that
You can ask your carrier to give you a traffic study.

Usually if you get complaints of busy signals and no free lines then that would tell you all channels are being used.

You can setup an M7324 with Appearances of all 23 channels and observe activity. LINE001-023.

Marv I was thinking about that but was going to suggest another phone at reception for that but for the cost of doing that vs a study was close.
Ms Whiggins without the features might be disastrous.

I tried to assign the lines to a set as suggested but I get an error that says: "PRI LINES CAN NOT BE ASSIGNED TO SETS
