How to set the fax to mail directly by using express messaging line 1

I need help how to set the fax to mail directly in express messaging line

Here is my setting:
All keycode for fax messaging and voicemail are available
In Element Manager
DN:6102 is the subscriber set
DN:6101 is the virtual fax line
Fax DN :6101 Target Line for 6101 is 342
Line 342 includes :
public rec: 6101
Priv received: 6101
line type: Public
If Busy : To prime
Prime set for DN:6101 is 6351
6351 is Voicemail DN of 6102
6351 is also prime set for Line 342

In Callpilot
Mailbox:6102
Extension:6102
Expressing messaging Line :342

When I ring 6101, it does not work
Not in service message is seen on the set.
Are setting above correct? Do you have any idea?

I will appreciate if you can provide recommendation

The express number is a DID that has to be called externaly to go to the VM you can not dial the extention. Check the fax only box too if you have it.

In which situation the fax will go to mail
I mean which number I should ring to test the setting
Is 342 DID number?
I checked the fax option

You need to set the Prime for your 342 target line to the callpilot DN. After that it should work.

The prime extn is the system voicemail DN.
Do feature 985 on any phone and it will tell you the DN

Ring the DID number ,,The number you call in for the fax line you set up.

DID is a method that allows you to call an extn directly from the outside without having to be answered by a receptionist

extn 6002 could be rung directly dy dially its own external number 555-5555-555

This number is assigned to a target line so as the bcm can recognise it and ring the correct extn.

eg last 6 digits of personal number assigned to target line 342.
line 342 is assigned to ring extn 6002.

eg last 6 digits of personal fax number assigned to target line 542.
542 is assigned to express message line in call pilot mailbox of extn 6002.
