How to set pre announcer on IP Office (new Idea)

Hi All,

I Have a plan to make pre announcer voice before anyone speak to special extention.
the plan like the images here

the main goal is, if someone want to make an announce, they must call extn 3330 or 3331. but we want before announcer speak, he must play "pre announcer music" before speak. it's may be ding ding ding... and then (main announce).

How about voicemail pro?
It has an action which you can record some text and play it. You can put the music in front I guess.

The pre announcement tones/music should be done by the paging unit really, every one I've seen work like that was done that way anyway

Try A SNOM PA1, it comes with a pre announce tone and works wonderfully as a third party sip extension on my ip office.
