Hi all,
A local comuter hard drive failed, remove the old hard drive, install a new hard drive and OS (windows xp pro) with only one partition( C: ). Named the same computer name as before and add BE remote agent. Selected new back up folders in drive C:
Next day, back up failed. BE still try to back up drive D: from old hard drive even though it does not exist.
Question:
- Shouldn't BE automatically detect the new hard drive partition or is there a way I can manually "Tell" BE that the new computer does not have drive D:? I checked the back up job selection and it only shows drive C:
