STATUS LED Flashing for more than 5 minutes?

Yes , if don't power off , the flashing will be all the time.

I hear that on some topic , there will have recovery file and it needed 4 files. Is that right?

Can i know that files name and it can be copy from another ns300?

or

What you would like to suggest?

Thank you.

In your case, NAND is corrupted.
You need 4 recovery files that you mentioned.
NS300 are not available in our region, so I can't help you.

Hello Mike,

That is fine , if ns300 not available in your region but can you mention the file names and it can be copy from other workable ns300?

If you region is available for like ns500/ns700 then you can check it right?

Thanks again for your suggestion.

These 4 files are developed by the manufacturer specifically for each model. These files are not inside the PBX. You have to create special SD Card which has the special 4 files in it. You have to connect the created special SD Card (with USB-SD Card adaptor) to the unit, and have to start the unit with initializing position. By those operations, the broken system files of NAND-Flash memory would be recovered by the data of the created special SD Card.
