How to prevent dialing of certain area codes (809) 3

I got an email stating that area code 809 is a scam, how can I block it in the switch? Please help...

type in the area code 809 and then you should never see any long distance calls on this area code...

Hi

Just a quick note, the area code 809 is a legitimate area code and it belongs to the country Dominican Republic. In the past and now some scams occured with this area code.
