How to load an IP 412 from flash memory 1

I understand that there is a nightly copy of a 412's configuration to flash memory that happens automatically. Does anyone know the steps to load the unit from flash?

Pull the power Plug & reconnect
when the unit reboots it loads its cfg form its internal flash.

One last question concerning this. Let's say I make a change during the day that causes lots of problems and saved the conig. If I remove the power cord then re-insert it it will load from the previous night's flash backup? And not the one I just saved to it, right?
