how to increase tghe licenses of miran2 cards

Hi I'm a tecnichal user from spain, in my job, we have symposium 4.0 and we have 2 miran2 cards, and i want to know how to increase the licences for these cards, the problem is the following one: if we record a voice message in one of our free channels in a miran, and we associate this channel to a telephone number. then if someone calls to this telephone number he/she can heard the announcement, but if another person call to the same phone number at the same time he/she heard ring back tone until the first person finish heard the announcement, and after that the second person can heard the announcement. The problem is, the message is 40 seconds long! and I want the message to be heard as promptly as possible...
my question is the following one: i know that i can increase the RAN BROADCAST licences up to 64, to support 64 calls at the same time instead one (our actual configuration)....
1st) i dont know how to do this... can anybody help me?
2nd) will this allow the second caller to hear the message sooner, without so many ringbacks? or do I have to assign more channels in the miran card?

yes you'll need keycodes to turn on those lic..

hi johnpoole, in our miran2 cards we have 8 channels, 7 for voice messages, and one to manage them, i know that we have 4 licenses for channel, the total is 64 licenses. and i want to know how to balance this licenses for each channel, i know that i only can increase the licences in groups of 4, and i really need a voice messages can be listened for several people at same time in different calling times...please if you know how to do that, tell me the overlay where i can configure it, or where in BUI can do this....thanks a lot

hi again, I have been investigating and am in this point: i think that kind of configuration must be configured in overlay 14, and i know the parameter to change the licenses between channels of the same miran2 card is CONN.
get into overlay 14 and i need help (i have the keycodes):

LD 14
REQ chg
TYPE ran
TN 4 0 0 1 (for example)

and after this point i dont know how to do, because i dont find the CONN command to configure it.

please tell me what to do....and if you can write for me a example i'd be very grateful. Thanks for all
