This may be an easy one for some....

I have been asked by security to do route "0" dialed calls to security after hours

This was accomplished to a degree by changing the NIT. Now both "0" dialed calls and calls to the main number go to security after hours.

How do I only "0" dialed calls to go to security and calls to the attendant.

Here are some printouts below. Let me know what else you needed.

Note: NIT was originally

NIT1 4199
TIM1 00 00

DN 4199 is the phone for the lady who answers the main number calls. We do not have the 2250 installed.

she can forward.. you can use call pilot to send those calls through a time of day/dow/holiday filter..

your always in nights, ie no 2250 to press the day button.. very common.. so your night data is not switchable.. it will always ring 4199..

but if you take a vacant number, make it a maxp 1 ncfw to mail.. add that as an sdn pointed to your new application.. calls hit the app.. for 9 to 5, 5 days a week they still ring 4199.. one second past 5, they hit security

I thought someone would suggest using Call Pilot. Only problem is we don't have it. We use Unity for our voicemail.

Is there another way?
