My Octel is set to 7 digit dialing. How do I change to 10 digit dialing?? Local only.

Yes, but I put the 409 number in and in the CDR it didnt show the "1" either. There is no equipment between Octel and Taqua 7000(switch) to send digits. ONLY Octel...

And that leaves only the Taqua 7000 to look at

sounds like an old fashioned digit grabber would be of good use here, only true method to prove where your issues are originating

Tech that was to help us couldnt figure out the issue either. Tried everything. Put digit grabber and saw the 10 digits but it is still putting the 1 in front of all 10 digit numbers... From the Octel

It looks like there was a patch for release 3.10. Your software is at a latter release (3.11) and the are no patches describing the problem. This usually means that it is fixed in the current release. There seems to be no fix according to our source. Any other ideas?????

It can also mean it needs to be made for that tel of software. Have you called TAC and asked them?
