How to forward voicemail in IP Office 7

Is there a standard way to forward a voicemail or a specific short code?

Standard = nothing, be more specific.. what do you ( or your customer ) want?

The customer gets voicemails for a hunt group she is part of and wants to forward these vm to extensions.

You create lists of users in your vmbox. After listening to each vm you have the opportunity to forward. You can probably guess the rest.

If all else fails you can review the user guide for voicemail.

Sorry, but what is the process to forward the voicemail to another extension?

depends if they are using visual voice or not.

cant remember the codes off the top of my head, they will be in the embedded guide on the KB though.

Not using Visual voice. It just says "Embbeded" in the Voicemail tab in "Systems".

I'm wondering if there is a short code.

the forwarding will be done whilst listening to a message, not through a shortcode, at the end of a message there will be a propt to forward. tick voicemail help on the mailbox and listen through a message

1.When you are listening to a message, press 6.
2.(Optional) Press 3 to add a comment at the start of the message. You are prompted to record your comment after
the tone. Record your comment and press # to finish recording. You are prompted for the forwarding addresses.
See step 4.
3.Press 2 to forward the message.
4.Enter the extension number to forward the message to and press #.
· If you want to send the message to more than one mailbox enter each mailbox extension number separated
by a #.
5.Press # to finish addressing and forward the message.

surferdude, in all honesty, i find google just terrible for answering ipo questions, i don't know why but i very rarely get answers from it.

Man, I should have got in on this thread, AVAYAPro got a star just for saying ugh... that has to be some kind of record :) ......Also, I know Tom I have let it lapse too, I only started it initially to wind up Kyle and thwart his quest for world domination.....if you remember what I am talking about :)
