How to enable Beep's for users on Hold?

I'm looking for a solution on how to enable the beeps when someone is on hold vs music on hold.

I forgot to mention this is on the Mitel 3300.

There is no "Beep's" option. There is however embedded MOH. I guess you could find or record a wav file of "beeps" to upload to the 3300.

If you click on the FAQs page for this forum, you will see how to make a proper wav file for uploading.
