Joined since February this year and found this group very helpful, but first time posting ...
Completely new IPO 500v2 system with vm pro both running 6.1.20 software.
User list includes virtual users who have DDIs assigned and programmed in inc-call route with default destination as reception user, and after hours destination as users' voicemail. So far, this part works perfectly.
Now, we want to be able to see DDI dialed, and not the calling number at reception. How can this be achieved? Is it possible at all? Googled, searched countless forums and basically been struggling over this the whole day, all to no avail. Need urgent help pleeeeeeease...
