How to disable a line -Analog Line-

Hello... I'm trying to disable a line in BCM 4.0, is an Analog Line that is connect to a GAT-MBM... I was looking the option to disable a line from Element Manager... but I can't see the option... Anybody has an Idea..¿??

Please, show me the right way..!!!

Please be more specific are you trying to stop calls bring made from that line ?

The analog line has a noise that affects the call in general, this line is connected to an alarm system. In this moment the main Idea is that this line can be access from internal telephones and for external user.

I only change the access pool for this line (from a to c). What is the correct way to disable a analog line that comes from CO...¿??

That will work by changing the pool code then it can't be accesed by the sets.

if you what to stop incoming calls all you can do is short the line out locally or get the line provider to busy out the line (that's what its called in the uk) but because the alarm is connected and the weekend coming i would not recommend that
