How to delete a Local only directory number from mcd5.0

I Have a number which is a multicall key on 9 phones trying to add the number to another extension number but get unable to add as exists as a local only dir number. When you go to local directory numbers it exists but it cannot be deleted in this form. any ideas please.

You may need to remove all appearances of the key before it can be removed.

I avoid Local Only extension at all costs due to issues such as this.

If i delete the muti keys, how will i delete the local directory number from the form as it is read only

It might just disappear on its own once the keys are deleted.

What likely happened is when the site was upgraded past rel 4.0 and the RDN conversion was performed. The system set it to Local Only because the key was not named in the Tel Dir.

Deleting the key completely should remove it.
