Hi
You should really create a new thread for this, however.
If you unplug the LAN cable from the Active voice processor then it will reload and eventually go from A to S (active to standby)
The standby cc failure was a LAN failure to the APESU Backup box.
Check ALL your LAN cables using a cable tester, they may only work 1 way or be intermittent.
Use preformed LAN cables not ones that have been made up locally.
Get a program like 'network view' or similar to ping all devices on your network.
Go to Expert Mode/HiPath 4000/HiPath 4000 Expert Access
Click on 'Install HiPath 4000 Expert access Client'
That will download Comwin from the HiPath
Installation is normal next/next setup
