How to clear Word2K Envelope Return Address pick list?

I have a user on Word 2000 that gets confused picking the return address on envelopes from the Address Book recent used list. She has email addresses, recipients, etc. in the list. Does anyone know how to clear the list? I looked in the registry unsuccessfuly; is it in normal.dot, and how do I get at it? Thanks, Tim

I've found a work-around: move corresponding contact from Contacts to trash or other location, access the envelope list, say "no, don't create" to the 'not found' question, then it's removed from list. FYI
